The Appalachian Local Pastors School offers two formats for taking Course of Study classes, May School and Weekend School.

May School Program

Location: Union College in Barbourville, Kentucky.

May registration form deadline: February 15 (student must have District and
Conference sections completed before sending in to ALPS).
- Pre-course work deadline: April 1

Pre-course mail address: ALPS, 1345 Grace Ave., Cincinnati, OH 45208 (unless otherwise indicated by the course assignment)

Pre-course note: Each assignment must include the standard cover sheet and
must follow the written guidelines.
Weekend School Program

Location: Currently one in Madisonville, KY and one in London, Kentucky over two weekends (Friday evenings and Saturdays).

Weekend registration form deadline: one month prior to
first class (student must have District and Conference sections completed before sending in to ALPS).
- Pre-course work deadline: two weeks prior to first class.
